Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs during the service period.
- No partial refund for services already rendered during the month.
- Following professional recommendations is required for refund eligibility.
- Engaging other SEO providers during contract voids any refund.
- No refund if website access or functionality is lacking.
- Refunds are unavailable once design approval and testing begins.
- Special event services are non-refundable due to bespoke nature.
- Inactive projects over 30 days are not eligible for refunds.
- SEO/marketing packages require 15-day notice; after that, no refund for current billing cycle.
